RETURN POLICY

10 DAYS for FULL REFUND of items from date of delivery for all online orders.

This policy applies to online sales only as the item has not yet been seen in person. Our in-store policy has indicated on the invoice at the time of purchase.

You pay only the return shipping fees using the shipper of your choice (unless the rug was on our closeout page, in which case the shipping charges will be added)

Need help? We can email you a UPS Return Label. Just print and ship!

ONE YEAR FOR EXCHANGE. Items may be returned for exchange or store credit within 365 days of order date. Item must be in new condition upon exchange.

FREE SHIPPING on all orders shipped (excluding items on Closeout) via UPS to addresses within the USA and Canada.

Next-Day or Two-Day service can be provided for an additional fee.

Orders over $995 will be shipped with signature required unless you notify us otherwise.

We ship promptly! Delivery time to the West Coast is only 1 – 3 days and elsewhere one week.
